1As a business customer, could I personalize my Flowtz?
Yes! That is also so cool about the Flowtz. We can brainstorm together and make the most memorable Flowt people will ever see, with your design and logo on it! Please feel free to contact us at info@flowtzon.com.
2How do I return my order?
We hope that you love your Flowtz On product(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have 14 days after the order has been delivered to do so. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned in original packaging Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
3When will I receive my item?
We do our best to ship as soon as possible, almost all over the world. For instance, in the Netherlands, you will already have your Flowt within 24 hours! Due to COVID-19, it is possible that your order is a little later then normal. As soon as your package ships, we will send you a tracking number, that you can use to track your order!
4Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes! Didn't receive any conformation? Please send an email to info@flowtzon.com and we will help you out!
5Which payment methods do you offer?
For know we accept iDeal and PayPal. We are working on providing more payment methods!
6Does Flowtz On ship to my country?
When you order the Flowtz, you will have to fill in your address and select your country at the checkout. If the system doesn’t recognize your country, we are currently unable to ship our Flowtz to your destination. Please now that we are always working on ways to expand our delivery zones.
7What about duties and taxes?
These costs are the full responsibility of the customer. We ship your package unexpected duties and taxes unpaid.
8What do I have to do when my float will not stay inflated?
We are sorry to hear that you have an issue with your Flowt! We inflate all our Flowtz before we ship them to make sure there isn't any leak. If you receive a Flowt with a leak, please contact info@flowtzon.com immediately. We will provide an suitable solution! If there is a leak in your Flowt after you used it? What you can do best, is as follows; try to inflate the Flowt one more time, to make sure that he is leaking. If that is still the issue, find the leak and use the PVC patch that comes with every order to close it. Remember, it is totally normal for a Flowt to slowly lose air over an extended period of time, especially if the Flowt is in the sun. Then just reinflate.
